PASTORS

JASON ANDERSEN
Lead Pastor
Pastor Jason began serving at All Nations in January 2016. He grew up in Rosemount, Minnesota and went to college at Northwestern College (now University of Northwestern, St. Paul). After finishing his degree in Biblical Studies, he taught middle school at Hope Academy in South Minneapolis and was a member of All Nations. In 2009, he married his lovely wife, Ami. From there, the Lord brought him to study at Southern Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky for further pastoral and theological training.
Pastor Jason lives in Northeast and is committed to the local church and to equipping it through preaching and teaching the Word. Besides leading the church, Pastor Jason loves to read, garden, and drink tea and coffee. He also has tendencies to be a dead-language nerd. He and his wife have three children named Mara, Rosalind, and Emmett.
TOBY PHILLIPS
(Lay) Pastor
Toby is originally from Chicago, Illinois and attended Central Baptist Theological Seminary in Plymouth, Minnesota. He is a Principal Business Analyst at Boston Scientific and is continuing his education at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Toby and his wife, Rebecca, are charter members of All Nations and have served in various capacities in the church. They live in Brooklyn Center with their seven children. Toby loves talking (but also listening!), caring for people, playing softball, and cheering for Chicago sports.

DEACONS
Deacons at ANBC serve the church by assisting the Pastor in caring for various needs in the congregation, seeking to promote unity where there is disunity, promoting the spiritual welfare of the church, taking care of many of the behind the scenes work for our gatherings, and caring for the building.
