VISIT US

All Nations Baptist Church gathers regularly at 9:30 am at 1300 Lowry Ave NE in Northeast Minneapolis. We're less than 10 minutes northeast of Downtown Minneapolis in a quiet neighborhood in NE Minneapolis. Our services usually last 70-90 minutes long.

Children

Nursery is provided (it's downstairs). All the adult nursery workers have passed background checks. We are happy to have children joining (and making noise) in our services, and encourage them to come and watch their parents worship.

Parking

There is limited parking available behind the building on the alley, but there is plenty of street parking on Lowry Avenue NE or on Pierce Street NE. During the winter, pay attention to any Minneapolis Snow Emergency declarations (during snow emergencies, Lowry is always open for parking depending on how large the snow banks are).

Refreshments

Complimentary coffee and tea is available during our service in our foyer.

The service

Our service includes many traditional elements. We pray publically, read scripture, sing about 4-5 songs. Sometimes we read a historic christian creed or a prayer of confession. We share our communion meal once a month for believers. The sermons are generally expositional, explaining and applying the bible.

Our Music

Our services are simple. Our aim is to provide simply accompanied songs that are theologically and spiritually edifying so that we can 'address one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs singing and making melody to the Lord with our heart, giving thanks always and for everything to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.' To try to follow this admonition, we try to sing psalms weekly, to have quieter accompaniment so the congregation can actually hear its own voice, and we also aim to provide music for any songs we sing (we also project the words on a screen).

Clothing

We want anyone to feel welcome no matter what they wear. Some people dress up, and others wear shorts and a t-shirt.
